Teli Adlam has written a pdf document entitled a “WordPress Primer and Quick Start Guide“. The blog tips he covers are:

  • The Difference Between WordPress and WordPress.com
  • Installing WordPress and the Famous 5 Minute Install
  • Update Your Profile and Password
  • Update Your First Post, Comment, and About Page
  • Installing New Themes
  • Installing New Plugins

    • Only 7 pages long it is “geared towards the absolute newbie to WordPress“, so it might not be suitable for most bloggers who are already using Wordpress. But it could fill in some of the blanks that many tutorials assume beginner bloggers already know. Via Wayne Hurlbert.
