Who’s fired? ‘Apprentice’ Finale Tonight - What’s Your Vote?
Tonight America will be glued to their TV’s watching NBC’s hit reality series “The Apprentice,” whose two-hour finale will determine its big winner. The winning apprentice gets to work for billionaire developer Donald Trump.
After barking “You’re fired” to 14 contenders, Donald Trump has trimmed the field down to two: Kwame Jackson, a 29-year-old New Yorker and Harvard MBA; and Bill Rancic, a 32-year-old Chicagoan who turned his Web site for cigar buffs into a multimillion-dollar operation. Paying $250,000 for a year, this will be “the dream job of a lifetime,” said Trump.

So who will be the last man standing? Kwame or Bill? I know how I would vote. My first choice would be to fire Trump for being an overbearing power-monger. My second choice would be Bill. Why? Because Kwame is the MBA executive/employable type. Bill is very much an entrepreneur and Donald doesn’t need the competition.
Here’s another question: What are the odds that whoever gets the job is still employed a year from now? And how much do ya wanna bet the winner will be forced to sign a no-sue employment agreement in the event that he is fired?
Oh Bloke, stop being so cynical.
