When Worlds Clash: IE7 and other Dirty Buggers

February 27th, 2007 by Blog Bloke | 1 Comment

I think I’m going to call 2007 “The Year of The Bug”. So far I’ve had nothing but problems, starting with the major headache of moving over to the New Blogger. But that was only just the beginning.

It’s also been brought to my attention (first reported by Teri @ Yo-Yo in Paradise) there is a bug specific to Internet Explorer 7 that is apparently cropping my profile picture in the right sidebar. I’ve been told that only my forehead is showing.

So I was hoping that maybe someone else could confirm this bug (as I don’t use IE7) and let me know if there is a fix. That would be very helpful because Googling around hasn’t come up with anything useful.

The other day I reported finding 8 new viruses that have proven to be quite the virulent little buggers and are keeping very me busy. I’ve also been dealing with real world issues that have temporarily interrupted regular blogging.

We’ve all been there – when the real and virtual worlds collide, and since I’m just a one-man show (and since I’ve not yet figured out how to clone myself) there are only so many hours in a day to accomplish things.

The details would probably bore you to death so I will spare you, but that’s my excuse for not blogging much – so there. fingerscrossed

Nevertheless the good news is my Blokester Network is going gangbusters, so carry on fellow blog travelers and keep up the great work! Make the Bloke proud.
