A new web site called UnlimitediPodMovies.com has iPod owners excited over the wide variety of entertainment that are available for download.
“You will quickly and easily be able to search, download and watch as many movies as you want for your iPod device,” said Tim Foss, founder of the site.
“We make transferring downloaded movies to your iPod device a very easy task. We will show you exactly how and will give you all you need to enjoy your favorite movies on your iPod,” explained Foss.
Members do not need to buy any extra software, or pay extra fees beyond the small, one-time membership fee.
“You will be able to find whatever you need for your iPod or computer. This includes games, movies, software, wallpapers, and much more. Our services are designed for iPods that support video playback, but in our members area you will find many features well suited for older iPods as well,” explained Foss.“Once you download movies to your PC you will be able to watch them there using a regular media player, or you will be able to record them using the necessary CD / DVD burning software which we give you for free. What we also include with any membership is the movie to iPod transfer software. This software will transfer any movie from your computer to your iPod device,” said Foss.
The membership fee is only paid once. It is not a subscription, and there are no payments per download. After making the one-time membership payment members get unlimited downloads with no additional charge. Source

Remember the old addage: If somethings seems to good to be true, it probably is.
They’ve used a trademarked name in the domain name (iPod), and that’s likely to get them sued. Especially since they are in a business from which Apple is already part of (iTunes).
They most certainly are not selling movies or music in which royalties have been paid. Having done quite a bit of research on music licensing (in the US at least), it would be impossible to legally turn a profit from a one time membership fee.
Their domain is registered through a proxy (GoDaddy). A legitimate company would have a company name. The very unfortunate part about that for them is that it can be shut down quite easily due to the DMCA. They should have hosted it in China or Russia. Russia has some really interesting copyright laws left over from the days of Communism that would make this site almost legal.
Another clue is the size of their library. iTunes is about the largest with approximately 6 million items. Anything larger than that is either using complete crap (indie garage band stuff, YouTube videos as movies, etc) or music that hasn’t been licensed.
So, if you don’t care where your money goes and have no concern for your favorite bands future, this is probably an allright propositions. If on the other hand, you think spammers and virus authors should be treated like the terrorists they are, or you want your favorite band to make another album, stick with a legal music store like Amazon.com.
