The Twouble with Twitter

Watch this irreverent cartoon video about how some twits are using Twitter - for saying cool or clever phrases, OR for telling the world what we are doing right now … like about our pets and their poops, what we had for dinner and threw up later, and more interesting things like that.

Cause everybody wants to know. Right?

Umm, let me think about that. Better still, I think I’ll just tweet it…

    1. Ever hear of the term ‘Twitter Shitter’? Quite possibly my favourite cartoon from Penny Arcade. I think you’ll love it. :D

    2. Just love your title!! Personally, I don’t use Twitter. Too many twits on it. I do enjoy getting updates from my hero Cesar Millan but not much else.
I’ve missed hearing from you….. Glad to see you here!

Hi Teri, off the top of my head I can see two reasons why many are using Twitter.

      1. For today’s always-connected generation it’s a novelty and a way to pass the time commuting on the bus. ;-)

When I was looking to upgrade my cell phone I was considering an iPhone or something similar but I can’t see me spending hours writing on such a small screen. I’m already suffering with a stiff neck and headaches.

      2. As for marketers it can be a medium for building trust with potential customers. Perhaps it might help you to spread the word about your photography?

    3. Wooooooooooow! LOL, Twitter is starting to become ridicoulous, there is nothing great about telling everyone what you are doing every two seconds. They are forcing the celebrities to do it to market them even more and everyone else has jumped on the bandwagon. I guess it is a cool tool for Internet Marketers but that is enough already! GEESH

    4. ya.. from the internet marketing point of view twitter is an excellent tool.. to promote your products or website..
But it gets crazy some times… people tweet of anything and everything about their damn lives..
