How to Create a Blog with Blogger

Here’s a video by the folks at Blogger showing how to:
- Create a Google Account if you don’t already have one;
- Start your new Blog;
- Choose a Template;
- Create your first blog post in the dashboard editor and how to add images.
It’s just the basics of course but we all have to start somewhere. It would have been nice if videos like this were around when I first started blogging back in the jurassic period.

I’ll amen that one! YOU were the one that helped me understand how to set up my blog and get it rolling. It was ALL totally new to me and you had tons of patience helping me figure it out.
I’ll always think of you when I blog cause without the BlogBloke, I probably would have given up.
I will send this to a friend that wants a blog, too.

Just think of what we would have missed if you had quit blogging. It’s like a vacation for me to visit your blog and read about life in Costa Rica with all the beautiful pictures and interesting stories.

Ah Blogger and blogging. Alot of folks start out there and many stay or come back in my case. When I do buy a domain for my tech blog, Ill be doing it how you taught me on blogger.

When you decide to buy your domain Curtis, and if you plan to use GoDaddy first do a search on Google for coupons and you will usually find a $2 discount off the regular price.

Blogger’s bringing in some good features. But it has been too late in coming. (for me at least anyway !)
But it is still better than other free hosted solutions like wordpress.com for example in terms of flexibility and customization.
