Show Me Love: Link Love that is
Phew! I can’t believe how my little post “10 Reasons Why I Don’t Like Your Blog” is being circulated throughout the blogosphere. It must have struck a chord because it has already by far become my greatest hit (no pun intended).
Believe it or not, it must have taken me no more than 15 minutes to write. I was just something that had been nagging at my heart and I had to get it out.
I’ve been trying to follow my own advice and respond to each and every one of you who have kindly left a comment or linked to me. But it has become such a time consuming task that I haven’t been able to sit down and write a decent post (but I’m not complaining :). So this will have to suffice for now.
If I have missed anyone please accept my apologies and thanks for all the love. It is gratifying to see how many it has helped, and the positive response I have received is completely overwhelming.
If I have learned anything from this episode it would be there are a lot of nice folks out there who really want to get the most out of their blogging experience.
It has also shown me the old adage still rings loud and true — that the more you give, the more you will also receive. And the blogosphere is no exception.
Cheers!

I like the sentence ” the more you give, the more you will also receive”.
It was a great post, BB, so deserved to be circulated around the blogosphere.
Sometimes when you’re blogging you can lose track of the basics. By adding a link to your post (and your tips for a successful blog) into your own blog, it’s a constant reminder about the pitfalls and how to avoid them.
Keep up the good work!
Mike
I personally found a link to your post on Digg.com
Digg is pretty good for getting something publicized.
It’s nice to see bloggers help each other out. If the 1% rule is true, then we need each other to survive.
Thanks zerotopic. I wish I could make claim to that phrase, but Someone much greater than I said it first thousands of years ago.
Mike, I appreciate the support and like Brain said, we all need each other.
That’s probably been the biggest lesson that I’ve learned in all my years of blogging.
