		<description>I think that a business having a blog is an easy way to communicate and have a conversation with your customers without requiring a huge outlay of capital or technical skills to make it happen.

Also, with the number of desktop blogging application now on the market, you could have a staff member post to the blog for you with little technical knowledge required.</description>

		<description>Great post, Bloke!  One item that stood out to me was not letting just anyone blog for your company.  I absolutely agree - but your audience shouldn't think that this means to leave to the CEO or Marketing staff.  Sometimes you'll find people within your organization that you would never expect will be your best writers - knowledgeable (sometimes first hand), entertaining, funny, and personable.
