Sharon: Arafat may be targeted
Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has said he told President Bush that he was no longer obliged not to physically harm Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
- “In our first meeting, about three years ago, I said that I accepted your (Bush’s) request not to harm Arafat physically,” Sharon said. “I understood the problem and the situation, but I now see myself as free of that undertaking.”
He refused to say what Bush’s response was.
I know what mine is. What goes around comes around.
