I don’t know about the legal part but you can watch over 70 TV Stations and 700 TV Show Episodes for FREE. As I speak I’m watching Monty Python but better hurry before they decide to shut this down too…

    1. It’s absolutely legal. Eventually all TV will be internet based. It come in the form of IP TV, an extension of something like YouTube or maybe even a TV Markup language. TVML Perhaps?
