I’ll be moderating a “Great Debate: What is Net Neutrality” at the Center for American Progress on Monday, starting at 10:30 am Eastern Time. The debate features Vint Cerf and Dave Farbers, both well-known net figures. In addition to an on-site audience, we’ll stream audio live and take questions from the audience by Jabber.
