Microsoft ‘Disables’ Support for Windows 98,ME

This story only serves as a bitter reminder of all those years that I suffered at the hand of Microsoft. In the make me laugh category Microsoft has announced that come July it will no longer support users who run Windows 98, Windows 98 SE and Windows Millennium operating systems.

My response is — does anybody even care. I mean, who in their right mind would even want to continue using such a flawed piece of software… sorry, I don’t mean to offend anyone (except Microsoft of course) but I just wanted to emphasize my point.

Ok, ok. I know that you have an old computer, but did you also know that Windows XP even runs well on P11 systems? Just add more ram and away you go. But you say you only have a P1? Get with the program my friend. It’s time to upgrade. Trust me when I say you will be glad that you did.
