All about Jaffer

Hello ! My name is Jaffer Maniar; I blog to have fun, to share and to make friends. You can visit me at ManiaRavings.com, where I share stuff that happens or revolve around my life.

I am a Mechanical-Engineering technologist by training; however as I write, I am trying to figure out my mission in life. :)

How I got on the Internet

Inspired by a close friend, I began an amateur website all about me 1999. This was before the era of MySpace and Facebook. So to make me a “jaw-dropping” website, I also had to learn HTML and later how to work with images.

I discovered the true essence of in 2004; and in 2005, I was convinced that a using a platform was my answer to writing and updating my stories more efficiently.

Through my acquired interest in web-designing and through , I’ve made valuable friends who have shared their valuable knowledge and their passion for life.

Blog Bloke has influenced me on redefining how I blog. His warm personality and overt friendliness towards his visitors to his blog has largely influenced me and made him my friend.

My online world

I love to network and make friends. If you are out there to do the same, then the best place to start is at the Blokester network.

The Bloke periodically lists his friends i.e. those who actually read and comment regularly on BlogBloke.com. This way, I come across great blogs and the most interesting people.

I find myself regularly commenting on these blogs, and I live for your comments on my blog as well !
