Introducing the New Blokester Buttons

Be COOL and grab your button now!

Hi there fellow Blokesters. I’ve been at it again.

Here are the NEW improved Blokester buttons a-la- web 2.0 style. I can make them in a variety of shapes, colours and sizes, so go ahead and grab one now for your sidebar while quantities last. ;-)

They are light in weight and already optimized for the web. Be sure you save it as a gif image if you want a transparent background, but if you prefer a jpg file let me know and I can email you. (The ones in the right-hand sidebar are jpgs).

If you make it into a clickable link to yours truly I’ll even give you an honorable mention right here at Blog Bloke.

Here is the code (below) to make it a clickable link. Just copy and paste it into your template (but be sure to close up the <> brackets). OR you can just right-click the image and save it to your desktop.

PROUD to be a Blokester:

  2. OOPS! Thanks man for keeping me on my toes. I think I’m all shook up after Andy Beard’s shellacking. :)

By the way, congratulations on being the first Blokester to have a button.

  3. Ok, not the first, but only because I can’t blog from work so much like I used to be able to. They actually want me to work. Whatever. I have my button linked to you now.

  4. They actually want you to work! The nerve ;-)

Thanks Kirsten. I knew I could rely on you. You are the very definition of a Blokester. And come to think of it, I think I should write a Blokester manifesto with a definition. If you any ideas to offer let me know.

    Cheers!

  7. O.k., I tried but can’t figure out how to put a Blogster Button on my sidebar with a link. Help….

  8. The easiest way would be to add a new page element (widget) in your template menu. OR you can just add it to an existing widget you already have.

To add a new widget, click on “add a page element” and choose “picture”. Just paste the url from my blog or upload it from your desktop if you downloaded it — and there it is.
