These guys have been busy. Ice Rocket continues its innovative ways with even more new features. Now they’ve added a free RSS Builder that creates feeds for your web site. It sports a simple interface that lets you add topics, links and content, and then publish the RSS feed to your web server. A European company called Nooked offers a similar service that is hosted on their servers.
