Where There’s the Smell of Money and Power, the Jackals are Certain to Follow.The Electronic Frontier Foundation updated the Legal Guide for Bloggers earlier this year, but in light of all the recent lawsuits I thought it would be a good idea to remind everyone to give it another read.

It’s a shame that online diaries are vulnerable to legal harassment but that is the world we now live in. I suppose that’s the price we must all pay for big business interests and lawyers getting into the blogosphere.
