Health, Fitness and Nutrition

Hardly a day goes by when we aren’t barraged by hucksters selling us the latest and greatest snake oil that will improve our health, help us live longer, improve our sex lives or make our privates grow larger. In olden days it was Dr. Huckstable’s famous elixir that would surely cure what ails ya, and people sought religion for heavenly immortality. Today we are told we have the potential to live forever and it is found in a bottle … Vitamin Supplements, HGH Growth Hormone, Coral Calcium, Cloning, Cryogenics, etc., etc. Are you as confused as I am? Well let me guide you to a resource that I find invaluable. When searching for health tips I look for resources that are impartial and on the bleeding edge of science, based on hard data - not a marketing spiel. And one resource that I have come to trust is Dr. Gabe Mirkin. I credit him with helping me lose weight and reversing a trend towards diabetes with his practical no-nonsense approach. If you want reliable up to date medical information without the hype this is the place to start.
