Look forwards to hearing your stories. Sharing honest trials and tribulation stories when it comes to MMO is always a treat. Thanks for all the tips in 2008.
Thanks for dropping by and Happy New Year!
Happy New Year Bloke. I hope you recall all the good stuff in 2008 and plan to have a great 2009. -t
Happy New Year to you as well, Bloke. And to start the New Year off right, I have a question for you. When I set up my WordPress blog, I left the permalink option set to the default format of http://www.tarheelramblings.com/?p=123. What are the implications of going to a different format? Will all of my previous links be broken, or does the new format take effect only on posts and pages published after the change?
Happy new year buddy! Lookin forward to seein what you got for us.

Thanks Lee and the same to you and your family.
Yes, changing your link structure will break links. But if you are going to change it then I recommend doing 2 things:
1. Change your custom permalink structure to /%postname%/ .
2. Use a plugin like one of these for Wordpress.
http://www.deanlee.cn/wordpress/permalinks-migration-plugin/
http://urbangiraffe.com/plugins/redirection/
They promise to change your permalink structure without breaking the old links to your website and not affect your search engine rankings either with a “301″ Permanent Redirect.
I haven’t tried any of these personally so use at your own risk.
If you don’t like it you can revert back to your current permalink structure again.
Thanks sweety and I hope 2009 will be great for you!
Thanks Dennis and the same to you! I’m still waiting for that guest post
Oh man I know, sorry about that.
