It's my favorite time here in Costa Rica, Semana Santa. Everyone does flock to the beach in Jaco but I live at different beach that most don't go. Starting on Thursday, it is so quiet. No construction, not much traffic, just sounds of birds and nature. Friday is total dead silence except for a few cars. The custom here is not to do anything on Friday except pray. I love it this time of year! Hope things were quiet at your house and you had some real good family time.
