Google Acquires Blog Tracking Software
Google announces they have acquired Measure Map, a blog tracking software product.
I haven’t yet tried the product (because they haven’t responded to my application) which is reportedly easy to set up and provides valuable information quickly. Some of the information includes the number of visitors, links, comments to your blog and the number of post views.
Measure Map seems to offer information that is specifically geared towards blogs that my other tracking software doesn’t (which is also free), and I will no doubt end up using both services (if they ever get back to me) to get a more complete view of my traffic.
