Blogger Beta: Please Get Your Act Together
It’s been really annoying trying to visit all my friends who (unfortunately) have moved over to Blogger Beta. Try as I may, but it won’t let me leave any comments on their blogs.
It’s absolutely mind blowing to think that the old Blogger is not compatible with Beta. Same developer, same name but incompatible… so go figure (as the Bloke walks off muttering to himself scratching his head).
I haven’t forgotten you so please forgive me if you haven’t heard from the Bloke, and now you know why. I’m looking forward to the day when we can all speak the same language again.

They seem to be aware of it, as you can see here.
Thanks Alan. Yes, it’s been a problem for a long time now and they’ve been promising that they’re “working on it” (so they say).
This post was the best way for me to keep in touch with all of my friends and readers. Here’s hoping that Google is listening and will get their act together pronto (but I’m not holding my breath).
I don’t think this issue is one of their priorities given all of the other known issues they are trying to get the kinks out of Beta.
This has been a nightmare to say the least.
Thanks for dropping by… BB
i thought this was already solved.. i never hada problem on that.
It could be an intermittent problem which makes it even more difficult to debug. Or maybe it’s just exclusive to the Bloke for all of those critical posts that I’ve been writing.
Coincidentally Avatar I tried to post a comment on your blog yesterday and I had to give up after several failed attempts. Some beta users also can’t post comments normally on this blog and have to use anonymous or other options.
thanks for posting this. I did a rant a couple of days ago and was assured by several folks that
1) It’s not a problem
2) I should move to Beta
I ended up pulling it down because I didn’t want to talk abt it any more - but KNEW that there is a bug.
It’s all in your head Hayden. You’re just imagining it. Take two aspirins and call the shrink in the morning.
