Featured Articles

Featured articles are cool. Especially if you write something that you’re particularly proud of and want to separate from your regular posts. To create a Featured Article that looks like this one, all you have to do is create a great post, make a category called “Featured,” and then place your post in that category. You will also have to change the permalink structure on your site (see here for directions). This theme is set up to select and display the most recent Featured article.

You can display the full post on the main page, or you can display only an excerpt by using the “More” function on the “Write Post” page. Actually, there’s no more to read here. I just wanted to show you how the “More” function would appear on the main page.
